Co-founder
Kelvin, CEO of Picanto, transitioned from finance to social impact after a meaningful conversation with his grandma. His journey includes transformative years at Unilever, where he discovered the power of social business, and leadership roles in education and sanitation initiatives in Ghana. Now, with Picanto, Kelvin aims to empower remarkable organisations to make a lasting impact. Outside work, Kelvin enjoys family time, motorcycle refurbishments, literature, and football.
Chloe Erasmus
Co-founder
Chloe specialises in tackling global social and environmental challenges through innovative programmes and partnerships. She has honed her skills in Marketing, Business Management, Strategy, and Operations at Unilever and Pernod Ricard, and in senior leadership roles at The Queen’s Commonwealth Trust and The Conduit. Chloe enjoys bringing people together and bringing ideas to life. She holds a BSc in International Business from Manchester Business School and has also studied at NYU Stern. Based in London, Chloe has hands-on experience in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
Arlene A. Sargeant
Consultant
Global Operations Leader, Entrepreneur, and Board President with a track record of success in startups and large companies worldwide. She currently serves as the Board President at Seattle JazzED, focusing on governance, growth, and strategic partnerships. Arlene has a background in operational excellence, entrepreneurship, and board governance, with achievements in delivering savings, launching Six Sigma programs, and co-founding companies. She holds an MBA from MIT, a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University, and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
