About Us

Picanto was born from a profound realisation

During a conversation with social innovators, we discovered a common thread among great organisations struggling to meet their targets. The challenge wasn't poor strategy or weak products; but rather inadequate execution. Founders, often burdened with the expectation of excelling in every aspect, find themselves grappling with a lack of expertise beyond strategic planning.

Traditional pro bono consulting had its merits, but we recognized the need for a different approach – a sustained, nuanced support system from individuals who had navigated the same challenges. We understood the cultural distinctions of both the region and small to medium enterprises (SMEs), recognizing that success hinged on more than just strategy.

Why Picanto

What set us apart was our vision for execution partners who believe in the mission enough to share the risk, aligning their success with that of the organisations we partnered with. As a result, we introduced a payment-by-results model, challenging the conventional consulting paradigm. For us, consultancy should not only pay for itself but also ensure that the problem is sustainably solved long after the external team steps back.

Driven by a belief in the transformative power of execution, we identified a gap in the market and seized upon it. Picanto was built from the ground up to be the answer to the challenges faced by organisations striving for excellence, offering not just consultancy, but a partnership that propels them towards lasting success.

Our Team.
