We sit on boards and have been in the social impact space, collectively, for decades. We saw that there are some great organisations that aren’t scaling, so we investigated why. The common thread we observed was that, despite solid strategies being in place, execution was not happening at a world class level across these organisations.
We believe that positive impact should be scaled – and that we don’t need to keep building new things when there are existing solutions that work and can grow with the right support.
