We hope not! We get hands-on, diving deep into the challenges that are holding you back and working alongside you to find solutions and achieve consistent, world-class execution. We will partner with you until the challenge is overcome and growth is unlocked. In practice, this means we can be writing copy, designing SOPs, testing reporting templates, delivering campaigns and generally getting into the nitty gritty of what makes things fly or fail.

We are experienced social entrepreneurs and problem-solvers. In Picanto, we have created the business that we wish had existed when we were running our organisations. We have run not for profits, brands, businesses and social enterprises across different geographies, and have had the privilege to live and work around the world. We have raised cash, launched products, hired hundreds of people and led businesses and projects that address a broad range of social and environmental challenges.

We sit on boards and have been in the social impact space, collectively, for decades. We saw that there are some great organisations that aren’t scaling, so we investigated why. The common thread we observed was that, despite solid strategies being in place, execution was not happening at a world class level across these organisations. We believe that positive impact should be scaled – and that we don’t need to keep building new things when there are existing solutions that work and can grow with the right support.

Partnership for us is not just a buzzword - we want to put our money where our mouth is. We got fed up with paying consultancies whether they delivered or not and think there is a better and fairer way to engage. We believe that access to great support should not be just about how much capital you have today, but about what can be achieved with the right support. We want to deliver the highest quality work possible, and this payment structure ensures that we are only rewarded if we do just that.

Our partnership model only works if there is mutual trust and you want to work with us, not just because a funder or your Board Chair is insisting. So we flip the script. On our first call, we want to know more about what you are doing, but you will also interview us. Do you want to work with us? Can we add value to your mission? Do you want to be speaking to one of us every week for the next few months?

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
